About Dan

Dan Springston grew up in Saratoga, New York. He  then moved on to the big apple and graduated from FIT with a degree in photography.

Dan spent the next few years working (slaving away) in New York City as a freelance photo assistant to many pro shooters. He later decided to start his business (because he was so poor on assistants wages and he did not know what else to do) and worked (slaving away) shooting catalogs for all the big department stores (until that work when in-house); he then (finally) put together a decent fashion and still life portfolio.
